I have phoned assistance and they said something that they can't reserve Wheelchair spaces in coach f so what do I do about my seat reservations?

@CrossCountryUK dear cross-country trains. I have just booked train tickets from Sheffield. To Birmingham, new street. For the 25th of september my travel time is at 7:56. Is that the right carriage for wheelchair users? My return journey is the same day at 17:03 in coach C.

@CrossCountryUK Thank you for your help. I will be travelling with my mum. My mum is acting as my companion. For outward and return journey will my original ticket still be valid even though I'm in coach C my companions name is dawn Smith.

As I am a wheelchair user that uses the tram on a regular basis, and sometimes there are no conductors on the tram. Marcus smith
