We are extremely pleased to have successfully handed over the second phase of our White Hart Lane project, comprising 16 new build houses and flats to our client, Havering Borough Council.

Groundworks have commenced in earnest at Haverhill, where we shall be providing 37 new homes of mixed tenure for our client, Barley Homes. Works are scheduled for delivery by Autumn 2021. #newhomes #construction #property

Marfleet & Blyth have been awarded the contract for delivery of 10 New Build Units for Arbora Homes! Positioned at the edge of the picturesque village of Castle Camps, located 15 miles south-east of Cambridge is this unique development of 10 new homes.

With effect from 11th May 2020, We are re-opening all of our live construction sites. We will be operating under the full guidance set out in the CLC Operating Procedures (V3) – Protecting your workforce for COVID 19.

Work has started on our site in White Hart Lane, Romford. The site consists of two disused garage brownfield sites which are being redeveloped to provide new homes in the London Borough of Havering. #newhomes #construction #newproject

Our project in Cambridge is nearing completion, providing much needed family housing within the #Cambridge area. The sites are within high density residential areas and will include parking for the new residents in addition to further parking spaces for the general area.
