Why does the U.S. government issue Treasury bills/notes/bonds?

It should be standard practice for all babies that died from SIDS or developed autism after vaccines to have their blood/urine/stool tested for aluminum and all the other contaminations that have been found in vaccines, like nickel, lead, cadmium, strontium, etc. Test them before and after for comparison, and the question of causality will no longer be a question, given how much research there already is on the toxicology of these metals and what they do to the brain and other organs. Instead we get doctors who dismiss you as a crazy person and tell you to give your kid Tylenol, which is the worst possible thing to give to a child that is trying to handle the onslaught of toxic metals because it destroys glutathione production.
