@TeamYouTube let's start again: filed a copyright claim, videos taken down, Youtuber filed a counterclaim, @YouTube asked to take legal action + send proof answering the email of the counterclaim to take down videos/channel. Did so on Thurs 2 days b4 deadline. Why r videos up?

@TeamYouTube @YouTube I started legal action against a creator that stole my content. I did so within the 10 working days given before you'd reinstate the videos and sent documentation. Her videos have been reinstated now. I assume nobody read my email?

@TeamYouTube @learningescapes In this case the copyright breach is obvious, claims of “fair use” quoted in the counter notification are nonsensical. You’re leaving two honest creators with no option besides embarking in a costly int’l lawsuit, or else the channel who stole the content will face no punishment

@YouTube a monetized YouTuber stole my blog posts to use as script for YEARS. Filed a report, videos removed, she sent a threat letter to remove claims. My lawyer replied. Now YouTube asks me proof of legal action or videos will go back. Should you not be protecting copyrights?
