@AdamMeakins Yeah I’m skeptical that this is very provocative. I haven’t seen it be very often (sometimes, sure) and if it were, I doubt it would be so popular among clinicians.
Not my favorite exercise for other reasons, but skeptical here.

Disappointing to see this kind of simplistic and reductionist thinking still from physios! When it comes to rehab and exercise it’s not never or always use, its more… use when they’re suitable and appropriate! #ClamsAreVanilla
