After the terrible way I was treated in London by the @CrowdStrike team, I didn’t even bother to stop to see if they had any action figures here! I’ll just have accept I’m never going to have a complete set. 🤷🏻‍♂️😁

Companies like @CrowdStrike are partly to blame for this behavior. Still in 2023, they had women in animal print catsuits crawling on all fours at their RSA party. As long as it’s ok for companies to objectify women like that, participants will think it’s ok to do too.

Many won’t go bc of this direct sexism and harassment. It’s a loss our industry can’t afford. I invest a lot of my time, and we invest in it as a company, to attract and grow future female and nonbinary cyber talent. This is not the industry I want them to experience. #diversity

My 1st time @ #RSAC2023 was a throwback. Not a good one. ”You have sex appeal” ”Are you single?” ”Your company is lucky to have a girl like you to draw people in!” ”Scan my badge! You’re so cute, your little dress is so cute” #cyber is still hostile and sexist.

@japi999 Tietoturvapolitiikka on pömpöösi sana, joka tarkoittaa vain sääntöjä ja ohjeita eri hierarkiatasoilla. Jos joku ei noudata sääntöjä niin totta hemmetissä pielessä voi olla joko säännöt ja ohjeistus, tai sitten tottelemattomuus, tai molemmat.

@japi999 Silloinhan #tietoturvapolitiikka usein mättää, jos se pitää erikseen jalkauttaa. Toimiva TTP on dynaaminen ja alusta asti yhdessä kehitetty. Väikkärissä hyvää settiä osallistamisesta prosessiin. TTP:n ja ohjeistusten raja toki häilyvä, kumpikaan ei saisi olla liikaa yläpilvessä.
