@SportsDirectUK @SportsDirectUK is very unwilling to resolve this issue. @evrisupportline provided the correct GPS location but a photo of a different flat, and @SportsDirectUK refuses to even acknowledge this. Such a disappointing customer service!

Hi @SportsDirectUK my parcel was marked as delivered by Evri but it went to the wrong flat (I have photo proof). Your customer service has closed the case even though the order never reached me. Can someone please help resolve this?

@ivon_lou @SportsDirectUK @evrisupportline Hi @ivon_lou did you solve this in the end? I’m in the same situation with @SportsDirectUK and @evrisupportline but customer service is not doing anything about it. So disappointing!

@SportsDirectUK we are extremely disappointed with your customer service, we have been waiting for a £200 refund since January. From an @evrisupportline delivery they say was delivered. Using an incorrect picture and different address and my order number to mark it as delivered.
