Prior to the April 28 hearing, the court reviewed True Mother's treatment status and indicated, in essence, that "if treatment has not been completed, an application for extension should be filed." The defense team immediately submitted the extension application they had prepared in advance. The defense team had submitted a supplementary opinion to the bail application on April 27, the day before, and on April 28 also submitted a statement of reasons for non-appearance. These documents specifically outlined the future treatment and rehabilitation process that will be essential going forward, based on the progress of True Mother's shoulder surgery and the opinions of consulting specialists, and earnestly conveyed the serious health concerns that could arise in the event of re-incarceration. As a result, around 6:00 PM, immediately following the hearing, the court granted approval to extend the suspension of detention by one month. This is a grace from Heaven, allowing True Mother to focus fully on her treatment, and a precious outcome born of the devotion and prayers of family members gathered together. The 23rd Hearing: Emerging Truths and False Claims In this hearing, the malicious claims that had been raised were revealed one by one to be groundless through testimony and documentary evidence. In particular, decisive testimony was presented proving that the claims made by Yoon Young-ho's side were false. First, the alleged "morning meeting" and "thank-you call" on March 10, 2022, were confirmed to be groundless. Yoon Young-ho had long claimed that on the morning following the presidential election, during a 7:00 AM meeting, a call came from Representative Kweon Seong-dong, who expressed gratitude to True Mother. However, through multiple testimonies and records, it was confirmed that no morning meeting took place that day. Yoon Young-ho's own diary records that he woke up at 9:30 AM that day, clearly proving the claim of receiving a call at 7:00 AM to be false. Notably, entry records from the Cheon Jeong Gung gate showing that Yoon Young-ho entered the palace at 9:42 AM on March 10 were submitted as additional evidence, raising serious questions about the credibility of his prior claims. Second, regarding the Yoon Young-ho special report documents that have continued to be cited as key evidence, witnesses testified, "I never saw such documents being brought to morning meetings for reporting." Contrary to the claim that important content including budgets was also reported via printed A3 foam boards, witnesses testified, "I never saw documents printed with detailed content such as budgets, and the A3 foam boards used for reporting contained only event flow and imagery—they had nothing to do with budgets." Third, regarding gifts and the disbursement of funds, testimony emerged exposing the existing claims as false. True Mother had never given any instruction regarding payments connected to the so-called "Geonjin Beopsa" or the purchase of items such as necklaces from a specific luxury brand (Graff). The witness stated, "I have never received any such instruction from True Mother," adding, "When True Mother gives gifts, she always selects them herself and never delegates the purchase to others"—testifying that there was no unlawful instruction from True Mother. Fourth, it was revealed that a special gathering alleged to have been held in support of a particular political party was in fact unrelated to politics. The special gathering held at Lotte Hotel on March 2, 2022, was organized by Lotte Hotel as an expression of gratitude for the hosting of the World Summit. Testimony confirmed that True Mother's address that day was likewise unrelated to support for any particular political party or to the participation of any specific politician. In this way, through the hearings, various facts are being verified one by one, and the trial is proceeding on the basis of concrete evidence and testimony.
