Trump: "I haven't been able to find any windfarms in China." Reality: China has far more windfarms than any other country on Earth

Alright I’ve kept this in for far too long. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON Utter madness he’s getting the time of day.

Donald Trump just told world leaders at Davos that you see no wind farms in China, because China “is too smart” to generate power in that way, and is simply selling the turbines to the rest of the world. This is not strictly true! Wind farms currently provide approximately 13% to 14% of China's total electricity. When combined with solar, these green sources now account for over 22% of the country's total power consumption.

@chilternrailway Hi VB. If I believed it would do any good I would, but I’ve experienced this a few times now, it’s not a one off, and CR don’t seem to be fixing the issue.

Just about had it with Warwick station. After years of delayed building works they’ve now closed the back entrance. I had to fly round the front and down the new underground walkway, then I fell up the stairs in my hurry and missed the train. @chilternrailway
