This guy is such a good follow in general and he nails it here. The center is the QB of the OL. Rather than dwelling on what we didn't have last year, we can celebrate the fact that we now have "the guy" and 100% better coaching. Those two things alone will make the OL better.

@MeganAvc_ @JaqenHgar10000 Inspiring. I try to get a lot of tuna, egg whites etc but can’t get to a target without some supplement. Egg whites have been a good hack. Not calorically dense but lots of protein. Keep it up!! Shrimp is a good idea. I’ll try more of that.

@MarinRaider @JaqenHgar10000 I wish that was all whole foods haha. This will generally include like a ratio yogurt and one protein shake. But yeah, lots of lean protein sources (chicken, 93/7 ground beef, shrimp, smoked sockeye etc.) Appreciate it tho!

@JaqenHgar10000 Lentils are so filling though, even 300 calories worth of lentils would have me dying on a bloated day like this, but then only provides like 25g protein. Perfect on a cardio day though excellent source of carbs

If Maxx wanted to be on a winner, staying put was a good decision. Wouldn't shock me if the Ravens have a reset year or two. Massive coaching transition, roster got fleeced, lost the anchor to the OL and enabler of Lamar's magic. Raiders may have the better record in '26.

Maxx is back: League sources say the #Raiders are telling teams that Maxx Crosby won’t be traded, per @ProFootballTalk. Sources say the Raiders never wanted to trade Maxx. He wanted out. Now that he’s back and has publicly recommitted to being in Las Vegas, he’s staying put. After being traded to the Ravens, Crosby said in his farewell video that he wants to play for the Raiders again one day. It only took a few days.
