@LisaPhoneHome Ive done a second read through and it healed everything I was sad about with the episode Carina being on maternity leave and struggling, needing Gabri. Needing a break makes so much sense. Now she has two toddlers and a wife with months if not years of recovery too 😭

This scene felt so Danielle coded. Like they wrote a generic she references X and X and she filled in all the blanks. Let her decide what to say. Liam loves Garbage trucks and kiwi ANDREA DELUCA BISHOP You just know Danielle pushed for that.

@bishopsawyer Exactly. I fear this too. Carina at her bedside as Maya wakes up. Ben pops in. Carina hugs Ben to say thank you. To lose out on the cost of a flight for that... I can see why it fell through.

@Marinaverse2 i agree i think she would’ve been the one rushing in, and that instead of ben being the only one in the waking up scene it would’ve been carina with ben poking his head in the door to check in. i think i would’ve been less than 2 minutes of screentime

I just cant help but wonder what they intended if Carina was there. Would she have had even less to do /say? She couldn't have been in the OR. Would she be the one rushing in instead of Bailey in the night montage? Would she just have arrived post op & sat with her?

Carina storming into the ER and yelling at the probie / her team for letting Maya get into this mess. Yelling at Maya for scaring her half to death. Wanting to hug and kiss every inch of her but worried about hurting her. The soft touches as she comforts Maya. 😭😭
