With the recent reveal of the SHF Kenshiro, I was kinda tempted to get the SHF Jotaro but I said no. Why can't it look like the actual anime? Right is a non poseable Mometria from Bandai Banpresto Cranegame. That's what the SHF Jotaro should look like. 😔

Kabuto kidnapped Anko for a very specific and calculated reason. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Kabuto had already absorbed Orochimaru’s cells and was deep into perfecting his own Sage Mode. However, he needed more power and stability. Anko was one of the very few people who had successfully survived and adapted to Orochimaru’s Heaven Cursed Seal (the strongest version). That seal contained a massive amount of Orochimaru’s chakra, life force, and forbidden jutsu research. By capturing Anko, Kabuto could: - Extract the remaining power and data from the Cursed Seal - Use her body as a biological medium to further stabilize and enhance his Sage Mode - Gain deeper insight into Orochimaru’s immortality and body modification experiments It wasn’t random at all. Anko was valuable living material for Kabuto’s final transformation before the war reached its peak. This is why he went after her specifically.

Didn’t have a chance to open them, but here’s an up close look at the new Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles remastered Raphael & Rocksteady 2-pack that popped up on Amazon last week. The packaging unfolds into a diorama which is nice!

Can't believe it been 30 years since X-Men COTA launched on the Sega Saturn. This port was the definitive way to experience the arcade at home despite the usual cutbacks in animation frames. The best part was it brought most of the voice cast from the X-Men animated series to reprise their roles while making it comic book accurate. This game was also set the template for future Capcom fighting games in the 90s. @myretrolifeshow, your retrospective video of X-Men COTA really inspired me to pull out my Saturn to play this classic. #RetroGaming #SegaSaturn #Marvel #Nostalgia #Capcom
