A10/b As AMEA uses the IWA 29 as common language for what it means to be a professional farmer org, it was agreed that materials in the toolbox should align w/ the IWA 29. Therefore, a key criterion to approve materials is the degree of alignment w/ the IWA. #AgChat

A10/a Last year AMEA members conducted a robust process of peer review of assessment tools and training & coaching curricula. The result of this process was the inclusion of 7 materials in what the Network calls the AMEA toolbox. #AgChat
