@dhiren_x_ @tarunvats33 Optical fingerprints are not where the icon is. The icon is where the scanner is placed. You can't just change its position. Its hardware based instead of software. They did what they had to, even tho it genuinely looks bad

@tarunvats33 Give a option to hide the fingerprint sensor on lockscreen on phones with optical fingerprint because it makes now bar look worse. Instead show fingerprint in the password area. This will help to put the now bar at correct position on the lock screen

@LuminanceXS Looks awful with the optical ones. The thing is they used to put them higher. Even the optical ones. P40 was almost on the middle of the screen

Google Pixel Android 17 is adding features no one asked for while skipping the ones everyone actually wants. I’ll say it straight, they need to learn from Samsung’s One UI or OPPO’s ColorOS. All they do is remove features first, then bring the same ones back months or years later with minimal improvements. At this point, even iOS feels more polished and feature-rich.

@WorkaholicDavid Ahhaahahaha what a joke. When you're done uninstalling the unwanted candy crush and other trash you need a Samsung account apart from a Google to use all your phone. You need 2 separate accounts for one phone's full functionality
