2nd week in to the rise by 9am project and staff engagement has been fab ❤️ An amazing team. 18 patients washed, dressed and sat out in their chairs by 09:15am. All part of the fight against deconditioning in our vulnerable patients. Can't wait to see what more we can achieve 🥳

Elective Ortho MDT have been working together to review, streamline and standardise all parts of our patients’ journey, resulting in the roll-out of the new Leicester Enhanced Arthroplasty Pathway on 24/7/23 - 50% reduction in length of stay in 4 weeks - whoop 🎉🎉
