@JoeJaMor Whiteabbey road was the weekend before it happened where I was. Same thing though, gangs rampaging through the streets destroying everything. I've never seen anything like it. The attitude of many people in Bradford changed that summer. Mine definitely did.

@MarkBHarrison1 The first wave was down Whiteabbey Road. Obviously all of those Victorian pubs and newer are long gone now. A school friend of mine was pictured on the front pages with a headband on. I'm conflating issues, that was the Salman Rushdie book burning! Interesting times.

@liamwils9 We've got dometic porch awning and a shitty cheap one we use in winter. We'll probably use the canopy and sides all summer now.

@liamwils9 It's a Dometic Air 500. The only problem is, we wanted to get the sides for it but they've stopped making them. So if you want sides at any point I'd look at other makes.
