met my new addiction service case worker today. he's SO FUCKING SUPPORTIVE unlike the last one. he had my anti craving medication disaster finally sorted & waiting at the pharmacy for me. "managing emotions" group therapy starts soon. so relieved to be getting the help i need!

had my second adalimumab (humira) injection today. also having a seriously bad pain day. i currently have 3 hot water bottles on me so it's hard to type. on my shoulder, on my hip and on my leg. i've been crying about it, plus grieving my dog and it's just all bloody miserable 😂
