@lovetheturret@colsonsmith Not to forget offering next to nothing off the field… whilst the coaches responsible for the next generation go largely unsupported
@colsonsmith I’ve found this year in particular it’s gone insane. Some clubs offering really good money to lads who take 25-30 wickets. Almost like they’ve nowt else to say …
"He eyeballed the game, in its badges and stripes, and implored the thing to live a little, and he changed everything entirely by accident, which must be the purest, most sublime way of doing anything."

@PhilHay_ If he has gone, the lack of class of this from owners, this tweet, and fans calling for his head in our first properly bad patch in 4 years, leaves a very sour taste. He deserves better and we’ll get what the loud minority who can’t hold their nerve deserve
The Bielsa years will go down as a magic, exceptional era at Leeds despite the struggles this season. The strongest connection between a club and a fanbase you'll ever see.
Football being what it is, nothing's immune from results. But it was the ride you didn't want to get off.
@C_Carpenter14@JuanG034 Hasn’t really been the priority until recently, he’s been too busy getting more out of this set of players with the ball on the floor, than most could. Think he knows what he’s doing, analysis and coaching wise
@JuanG034 Are you saying that the worlds biggest control freak doesn’t have the ability to see his team constantly concede goals from set pieces and find a way to alleviate those issues?
@ScottNicholls8 Watch the release, easy to see the line when it leaves the hand, predict it’s outcome. Continue to track the ball but don’t over focus to free up attentional capacity to select the right option (need plans in advance of game & adapt in game, ‘if this happens then I do that‘)
How many of us have said it ?
‘ Watch the ball ‘
I know I say this too regularly - but if our players are not watching the ball what are they looking at ?
Any views ?
