Ref killed that and the general officiating needs to be called into question. Palace players surrounding the ref, waving imaginary cards. Ref not knowing he'd already booked Gudmonsson. 2nd yellow not a yellow at all! Johnson should've been red carded (his 2 fouls much worse).
