@VirginMediaIE I’m abroad and I’ve received a lot of calls that I haven’t answered. I shouldn’t be charged because I didn’t answer them and it shows 0:00 time on my bill. The cost on my bill is €11.94. Please remove this from my bill because I shouldn’t be charged. Thanks, Mark
@AerLingus I fly almost exclusively with Aer Lingus and for my support ticket to be ignored for over a month is absolutely disgraceful. And to not receive any reply to my tweets or DMs is extremely disappointing.
