Day 3 at TekAsia by OZTek & ADEX and what an experience! Working alongside ADEX - Asia Dive Expo legends David Strike & Richard Taylor as emcees/moderators — 8-hour days and flat out! The calibre of presentations has been brilliant. So much knowledge in the tech diving community.

Just finished today’s talk at the Boston Sea Rovers and what a cool experience. It was an honour to be invited to speak. I talked about the shipwrecks in Darwin Harbour and, of course, couldn’t resist sneaking in a few photos of sharks.

Busy day filming today with Rodney and Andrew for an upcoming documentary. Who would have thought I’d end up in the makeup chair, I spend most of my life in dive gear, not getting my face powdered! The things you do for sharks.

Busy few months ahead with Boston Sea Rovers next week, then off to Singapore in April Super excited to be heading to ADEX Asia and catching up with my ocean-loving friends and exploring the exhibition. #ocean #scuba #guestspeaker

Great to catch up with some of the regular vintage crew this morning for a dive at Port Noarlunga. Weather was perfect but the vis kept us honest probably around 3 metres at best. Still, we enjoyed a solid 40-minute dive. #scuba

Went for a dive today on the South Australian shipwreck. Still no fish life to speak of, but encouraging signs with some seagrass starting to return. A bit bumpy on the surface, but once below it settled down and inside the wreck was calm, clear, and enjoyable. #shipwreck #scuba

Heading out diving today got me thinking Yesterday I was underwater breathing from a regulator built in 1958.
Whats The biggest leap forward, in my view? Dive computers From the early ’90s onward, that’s where things truly changed the game.

Amazing how old and new can come together. My DA Aqua-Master is now fully set up with a modern Phoenix Plus first stage available from The Scuba Museum, bringing a classic 1950s regulator right into the 2026s. Vintage soul, modern performance. Now time to go for a dive. #scuba
