When did NBA refs start officiating NFL games?

It’s my annual thank you to @TPrice504 and @BrettEats for convincing me that a one-hour wait on a Monday night for a $32 blackened grouper sandwich is totally worth it.

@BootKreweMedia 💯 … and I don’t blame the refs, who have an impossible job. I blame the league for refusing to make a video official part of every crew. Booth-initiated reviews of blown calls should have been in place a decade ago. At least.

The NFL has a referee problem

For the record … Vikings offense gained 8 yards on their 75-yard winning “drive.”

Officiating is ruining the #NFL for me. These games have basically become unwatchable.

Some sad news to share. My wonderful father, Dusty Saunders, a giant of Colorado journalism, died today. He was 90. What a long, incredible life. We will miss him dearly, even as we celebrate his life.
