The unfortunate incident in the last at Wetherby today was not crooked or bent. It was bound to happen because of how National Hunt racing is being systematically destroyed. It happened because horses in general are run so sparingly that they don't get any real racing experience. The single figure fields in needlessly divided novice hurdles don't help either. The obsession with 'safety' and not toughening up young horses is a recipe for disaster. Novice hurdles in the 70s and 80s often had 20+ runners and produced tough, battle hardened horses ready for jumping fences. The entire NH game is designed for pansies these days. It's a dying sport...

I’ve actually witnessed people on here confidently stating that Jeremy Clarkson, a 64 year old man and ex smoker who smoked 40 cigarettes a day for 43 years, had to have heart surgery because he’s had the Covid vaccination. Never underestimate the stupidity on this website.
