@michael_kearse Thanks. He clearly had a genetic predisposition. A year and a half ago he most of his lower jaw removed because of a squamous cell carcinoma. This time was a brain tumor. He went from normal to unable to stand in 9 days.

We had to say goodbye to Griffin way too soon after his fourth bout with cancer. He was a gentle giant of a hog and a very, very good boy.

I’m really proud of this work showing that newly synthesized histones play an active role in regulating #epigenetics. We also propose that nuclear lamina -heterochromatin interactions can be regulated by DNA replication. @OhioStateMed @nationwidekids
