I understand the purpose, and I can see how it applied to Faber the other night (even if I don't like it). But how does Hagel then only get four minutes last night?

@minn_guyy @RussoHockey I am mostly ok with Faber getting an instigator. But how is this one not an instigator or something else more than 4 minutes? It feels like we get called for not instigator penalties than are called against our opponents. Just looking to understand the consistency.

@RussoHockey What would be the season-long cap implications of him going on LTIR? I know that they could exceed the cap while he is on LTIR, but how does that impact accrual? I know you can't accrue for the relieved portion, but does it also block standard accrual?

#mnwild announce Spurgeon as week to week, but again, as of now not expected to be an LTIR situation. They could always do it retroactively
