@implausibleblog I’ll ask you the same question I asked him which he didn’t answer, if Brexit lost us that much money, enough to build 140 hospitals a year where were the new hospitals built every year prior to Brexit if the money was there already,
English

@_billyreid Before chuck Norris wrote anything he contacted Phil first 🤣
English

William Shakespeare takes inspiration from Phil Hay

Billy@_billyreid
I still miss Phil, what a journalist he was covering Leeds
English

@HughEdw31897368 Do you see what others don’t, he couldn’t speak any slower if he tried, he didn’t know the answers so filled it with bluff and bluster,
English

Keir Starmer on top of the detail answering questions firmly yet politely (apart from Jenkin who got what he deserved) a stark contrast to Johnson who floundered & relied on spads to dig him out of a hole and Sunak who was extremely tetchy.

@paulizanan @markofagenius So the Middle East is the only place on the planet that produces oil,
English

@MarkSheppy67 @markofagenius Yes. If it doesn't end soon, the oil price will soar -> increase in cost of living, affecting service industries in the west. No oil will cause starvation in Asia and affect manufacturing -> rising prices. Shipping costs increased. No fertiliser, fewer crops
English

@paulizanan @markofagenius And yet shipping is going through, globally? Is that the only place the world gets its oil? Calamitous? Bloody hell, do you work for the BBC they love a good scary headline
English

@MarkSheppy67 @markofagenius If the oil & urea is held up for several months, it could be calamitous globally.
English

@markofagenius @paulizanan So you think what’s happening now could be worse than the Cold War where we were on the brink of nuclear war, what’s happening in this country is probably more serious than the Middle East right now
English

@paulizanan @markofagenius The original comment was this situation is the worse for this country since WW2, its utter bollox,
English

@MarkSheppy67 @markofagenius Because they are British islands? It's totally different situation!
English

@BladeoftheS So the group that have admitted responsibility are Jewish?
English

@Suffragent_ He’ll be devastated if it’s found to be his allies that did it, bet he won’t come out and condemn it then
English

@GrahamSmyth I think we should send a player over to opposition huddle, stay on the pitch and stand next to em, can’t stop him surely
English

The only way to stop it is to force an outfield player off. Being down a man for a minute won't appeal to many managers, especially if their team is under the cosh.

@JackWDart How many hospitals/prisons were built prior to Brexit with that money that was wasted, nurses didn’t even get a decent pay rise under the tories or Blair’s government
English

Brexit cost this country £180 billion a year in lost economic output, enough to build 140 new hospitals every single year. The people who did it are now asking for your vote again.

@land_josh 6 points probably would be enough, West Ham would need 4 wins if you equate GD into it too,
English

@land_josh Those performances are what you’d take away from home but we have to be more aggressive at home, he’s going down the too scared to lose route instead of going for it
English

@MarkSheppy67 Yea that’s where I’m with it mate, rather have the 3 but a point is okay. We seem to have dropped right off that’s what’s worrying more
English

@LeoMontague91 Business tax crippling small businesses, pubs closing in record numbers, less people in work, more money spent on welfare payments, stop painting it as though it’s all rosy, it’s horrendous outside your little bubble
English

Never mind the worker’s rights bill, the renter’s rights bill, the increased minimum wage, the lifting of the 2 child benefit cap, the breakfast clubs, the free school meals, the childcare hours. If Labour don’t support a ‘wealth tax’ then it’s failed workers. She’s a joke.
Novara Media@novaramedia
“What is your vision for Britain?” Sharon Graham, the general secretary of Unite, says Labour has failed to back workers – and will be “decimated” in the May elections. If Keir Starmer won’t back the working class or introduce a wealth tax, Graham asks what it is that Labour stands for.
English

@anthony55622595 Have you seen the service he’s been getting recently, because I’ve seen nothing, might be why he’s not scoring
English

@KaJuror @mihangelsiencyn @Patrici89225734 As a christian priest did you see these mass prayer meetings in towns and cities 20-30 years ago? I didn’t, so why now, we’ve had mosques in this country for years, but they never prayed outside on mass before,
English

@mihangelsiencyn @Patrici89225734 As a Christian Priest for nearly fifty years, I totally agree. Throughout my ordained ministry in urban and rural settings, beginning in 1976, I have always sought to develop good relationships with people from other Faith traditions.
