@MarkTate28 Kids or not, it should be an individual decision, not a government one! Most people are more productive with the flexibility, and they then spend more money the local area and small business rather than just city centres. Win win

I had a flexible job anyway, but trying to make me go to the office 5 days a week is now a total deal breaker. I get the benefits of face to face for some things, but absolutely no need all week.
