I’ve been monitoring this Harlequin Ladybird during its pupation, hoping to get a final shot of it hatching. However, the pupa has been attacked by this Lygus pratensis, which is apparently sucking its Ladybird juice. Is this normal? @Britnatureguide #autumnwatch #ladybirds

Thousands of Willow Ermine Moths recently hatched, covering the trees @StanwickLakes. Covered in ichneumon wasps too. Never seen anything like it.
