Yay!!!! My gym opened a new location about 20 minutes away so I went to check it out tonight. What an improvement. Great machines, super clean and fantastic atmosphere. Can't wait to start working out there!!!!

New route worst one I have had in years. 13-17 km a day after my morning workout. Up and down stairs carrying weight. Knee/heel issues...ice packs, heating pads, cooking dinner, single mom. 54 next month. No EXCUSES!! Any age, any stage.💕💕

Today was my father’s birthday; he passed away two years ago. Remembering him, I put on the necklace he had bought for me. But I didn’t really love my parents. I had mixed feelings toward them—both love and dislike. Even when they grew old, I would bring them meals or visit them out of a sense of duty. My mother passed away, and my father followed her shortly after. I had mixed feelings about them while they were alive, but now I feel grateful. That’s why I visit their graves whenever the thought strikes me.🙏 Please stay safe, everyone. And have a blessed day.🙏🍀♥️🤗
