Atp I might as well fully transition to PC only. I really enjoy physical media but they make it so difficult for us. I can't justify spending 1k on a console that will take years for decent games to release and likely have ZERO physical backwards compatibility.

Games load way faster, 60fps, better textures, more accessibilities, faster download speed (being able to play without the download going all the way to 20h instead of 1h is a game changer lol) and the dualsense alone is so good for solo games but yeah ig no upgrades

@JoyfulGamer10 It's what they're doing with the new Hellraiser game which is why I'm excited for that one. I don't understand the multiplayer horror trend, DbD cornered the market for that one.
I hope in future they will embrace single player immersion more for the aforementioned franchises.

After Friday the 13th being shut down, I ain't holding my breath on this one. I will play if it's on ps plus or game pass someday. I ain't spending money on a game that might be shut down within a month to a year - 2 years.

@highkeydracula I didn't mind the HD collection truth be told. Hell the Series X actually plays these ports really well in fact without crashing or glitches, and reportedly the Series S is the same. It's an okay way to experience 2 and 3.

What I find weird about the Silent Hill community is how they police everthing. For example: The HD collection. SH2&3 don't have proper ports to play on other than that collection unless you emulate or have physicals. When I didn't have the physicals or a pc, the HD helped out.

It's crazy to see how people will dictate to others on what they can and can't do; I mentioned in a Discord voice chat that I picked up Hogwarts Legacy on the PlayStation awhile back and was looking forward to playing it in future even though I'm not a Harry Potter fan...

@JoyfulGamer10 The thing is it was a casual voice chat on Discord and was asked did I pick up anything in of the sales this year on PSN and that's when I mentioned Hogwarts Legacy. I didn't think bugger all about it, it's a game I bought - simple.
