I ordered a suit set from @Myntra. What arrived will make your stomach drop. 🧵 The outer packaging? Perfectly sealed. No red flags. I trusted it. Inside? 3 old, torn, worn-out clothes. Not even close to what I ordered. I raised a complaint. Their response? "We verified from our end that the package was sealed." I NEVER questioned the outer seal. I'm asking WHO is responsible for what was PUT INSIDE it. 📦 Here's what makes this worse — I've been a loyal Myntra customer for 6 YEARS. Myntra Insider member. Spent over ₹1,00,000+ on their platform. Every platform has a customer trust score. My track record speaks for itself. Myntra? They don't give a damn about that. Their "customer support" is just a bot army trained to repeat: *"We understand your situation. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority."* But their ACTIONS? They tell a completely different story. I'm not posting this to vent. I'm posting this so YOU don't become the next victim. @MyntraSupport @myntra - Kuch to sharam karo. Sare aam fraud kar rhe ho.. Jese hi koi mehenga item order krta hai, parcel ke andar adla badli karke customer ko kachra maal pakda dete ho.. Aur customer complaint kre to boldete ho ki outer packing to sealed thi.. Yehi fraud krke ye company apna aadha profit kamati hai.. @jagograhakjago

@MarketViewByPB @myntra The same thing happened with me I ordered @TommyHilfiger shirt from @myntra And they sent me a dirty, torn rag So many more cases of fraud by @MyntraSupport Worst part is that they haven't refunded till now @_Kalyan_K seems to be clueless about what's happening in his Company

@MarketViewByPB @myntra If you have paid through card, you can raise dispute with the bank and share the evidence, payment through card is very much beneficial. Disputes resolve towards customers only if we have evidence. Useful for everyone to know about dispute process. It will save from fraud.

They do this. Mine wrong product was not taken in return saying a yellow plastic tag is missing, which never was attached on arrival. Only brand tags were there as it is. They run a scam shop. @myntra @MyntraSupport

@MarketViewByPB @myntra Check if the address inside the package was correct, last time i ordered a kurta and got some cheap tshirt, but found the address of someone else inside. I highlighted that someone else's order got delivered and @MyntraSupport promptly picked up and delivered the correct one

@MarketViewByPB @myntra @myntra is totally a fraud company. See the images, item which I ordered and item which I got. My money got refunded after so many follow up and they still have not refunded platform fees for my order, where they sent duplicate product. #shameonmyntra #myntra
