To create massive feelings of gratitude and appreciation, just sit down anywhere and reflect on the fact that probably loads of humans have lived in the same place before, passed the same place before, lived their own personal lives there with all the tragedies and joys involved, and that this time it is your turn, right now, to be there, exactly in this moment in history
When i do this in cities....immediately my mindset moves to a ¨woaw¨ setting, looking around in awe at the show going on
Overall every time i do this i just have to sit down and am overcome with powerful waves of gratitude, sometimes even moved to real tears of joy
Consciousness is the greatest gift all of us have received...never forget that
