@p1security The answer: IPv6 Address PrefixLength was announced Rel=>11. Some of the NetworkElements or UEs are still based on Rel<10. UL_DCCH UECapabilityInformation informs Radio, which release is supported. Our PGW is based on Rel 13, so PGW supports IPv6 address type 33 insteed of 32.
