@Dannywoodring @TheDivisionGame You should be able to fix this by lowering the polling rate of your mouse to 250 or something like that. If your mouse drivers Support that or u got a third party software that can do it. Otherwise u r screwed cause u cant change it in windows.

@TheDivisionGame I'd love to farm some keys, even with the low drop rate, but there's so much lag on mouse/look movement that the game is unplayable at this point.

We've seen some confusion around Cherry Blossom Event decorations and Event Keys. To clarify, interacting with decorations does not directly grant Keys. Decorations can trigger Kitsunebi ambushes, which means more chances to earn Keys by defeating them. The event patch notes will be updated to reflect this.

@SportzGG @EAMaddenNFL This. Got 3 crashes in a row. Each one after a TD. Super annoying and unplayable right now. So pretty much the EA experience I guess. Everything that’s not Ultimate Team they don’t seem to care. I wonder why…..

@TheDivisionGame Honestly would be nice to just get a quick info if they actually consider a server rollback. If so, people could adjust and well…stop playing for now if losing all your progress since the update is an option. I just don’t know if it makes any sense to play right now…

@EAHelp Maintenance may be done, but servers are still not working. Get error messages in every online mode. Superstar can’t load data, MUT can’t load your request and now even at title screen servers are down and ”some of our services could not be accessed“

Update: We've finished the maintenance on Madden NFL 24, and online services are now back up and running on all platforms. Thanks for your patience!
