I don’t understand why European hotel bathrooms have the light switch on the outside. If you were sharing the room with someone you could totally play a prank on them.

@kbrewFL @onetrainops If you have wet hands or standing in a wet patch then yes it could indeed be instant death. However most circuits have RCD Trip switches that cut the power off, but they can and do fail. Hence why switches and sockets are illegal in a bathroom.
