🇩🇪 Two Christian YouTubers, Niko and Tino from the “Eternal Life” channel, could face up to 3 years in jail over a December 2024 video criticising Islam.
Hamburg prosecutors opened proceedings against them (Niko in Feb 2025, Tino in April 2026), citing statements describing Islam as bringing “nothing but hate, power, and murder.”
The case falls under §166 StGB: “disparaging religious beliefs in a way that could disturb public peace.”
