sadly its days are coming to an end tears on back and zipper. The best hands down lightweight jacket I've ever owned. Purchased in 2017/18. Been through many adventures and events. Whats a good replacement @Marmot ?

@Marmot This is from PayPal support, they are stating that the action should be taken on merchant side. as a slight tangent I think it would be a much nicer UX to just not charge the cart if the delivery is not possible hmmm

I bought new tent poles from @Marmot. They send me what are obviously old/used poles cuz the shock cords are completely slack. I return. They just refused the return because the gear is obviously "used." Lifelong customer, lost, unless they fix this.
