@Marmot i love my 10+ year old raincoat I bought in REI in NYC... it's been on so many adventures with me. Sadly, the lining is starting to fall apart and I don't think it will last much longer. Do you know what would be comparable to model no. CC-440? Thanks!

@marmot is it normal for you to ignore warranty requests on lifetime warranty items. Communicating with customers with in 24-48hrs seems reasonable, no response is not

I bought new tent poles from @Marmot. They send me what are obviously old/used poles cuz the shock cords are completely slack. I return. They just refused the return because the gear is obviously "used." Lifelong customer, lost, unless they fix this.
