It's Windows 11 now and it still can't tell me which program is holding the file/folder. Why? How hard is this?

4/3で32歳になりました。FTH のライブで最初にベース弾いたのが2013/4/4、解散が2023/3/25で、ちょうど年齢にリンクするように22-31歳の10年間を FTH で活動してきたのだなあ、と振り返っています。16進数ではこれから0x20代が始まるので、フレッシュな気持ちで色々頑張っていきたい。
