@lemons1110 @tommy20times Yes Killough...I've only ever run Omagh half but my grandfather's brother had been lighthouse keeper at St John's Point + my nanny and aunts spent time in Killough in 1940/50s so couldn't resist family connection

Paisley park Belfast 2laps on cinder track followed by 2 tarmac loops and 2 cinder laps to end thanks to the volunteers that's all 39 Northern Ireland parkruns completed though 4 more coming soon some fantastic locations up north from beach forest mountains to fast Victoria park

Annual leave = long Friday run...couple years ago I'd never dream of running Belfast to Bangor. Longest run to date 28.25km ✅

Carrickfergus parkrun lovely flat 3 lap on permanent paths where 102 of us walked/ran this morning..thanks to the Volunteers who were up early making sure course was safe and signage in place ..much appreciated 👏

The Health Minister @mikenesbittni told the health Cttee that he has signed off making the NHS flu jab available to 50 - 64 year olds… While such decisions normally come from #JCVI - it’s understood the minister has some lee way to make the move. @BBCNewsNI
