@tanhillinn I am trying to request a refund of £360 for the Kim Wild concert you cancelled. The manager at Simonstone Hall has suggested I try via Messenger & Facebook which I have. I have sent emails but these are ignored. I have rung the pub and nobody is ever there to help.
