@MarriottRhian @XboxSupport Plug the a usb cable to the controller and Xbox. Go to Settings > Kinect and Accessories > Accessories and see if your controller needs an update. Next what kinda of headset is it?

@XboxSupport a microphone mute symbol has appeared on the home sceeen.There is no way of enabling this and the headset is not working or being recognised.None of the troubleshooting suggestions have worked. callback keeps saying cannot connect. So frustrated
