Great news: Our colleagues Dr. Benedict Diederich and René Lachmann are #entrepreneurs now & have ventured the step of an independent #StartUp: @openUC2 GmbH. Modules of their #microscopy toolbox can be 3D printed & easily tailored to different research questions. All the best!

First time seeing the new cluster tool from @SentechNews for the CMNT #cleanroom of the @Leibniz_IPHT. 3 Chambers for #ALDep, #PVDep and #CVDep. Fully automated. Excited to do the first multilayers

Moving 4 #cleanroom Tools and demount 4.5 meters of the wall to get the necessary space for my new #ALDep cluster coming in September.
