People didn't say he's one of the best of a generation because of him saying it.
It's because his SKILLS BACKED IT UP. HIS PEN BACKED IT UP. The songs and the features from other joints BACKED IT UP.
And that all it matters. He built his career SHOWING US, not because he said this or that. It was the pen, the bars, the live performances, we're not gonna toss that out purely because he humbly gave other MCs their flowers. He built his career off what we seen him do.
