First off, she did not request a refund, he willingly offered to pay for her drink and she even asked if he was sure. Two, she did not get mad whatsoever, neither while he was there nor while she was talking to the camera. I don’t know how you could make her look bad in this video. She let him finish without interrupting, she didn’t look at him in a bad way, she didn’t call him out even though he misgendered her a second time after just telling him, and she just sat there politely and let him finish. She handled this with grace.
