実際これなんだよね。
うちの息子が小学生の頃、よく友達を連れてきていたけど、今どきの子供らしくみんな普通にゲーム機を持ってきていた。
でもひとりだけ、自分のゲーム機を持ってこず、うちの息子のSwitchにずっと齧り付いている子がいた。
他の子が外で鬼ごっこしている時も、みんなでおやつを食べている時も、何かに取り憑かれたようにゲームをしていた。
さすがに少し薄気味悪さを感じて、「ちょっと休憩して、お菓子食べない？」と声をかけたら、うちの子が「〇〇くんは、家に帰ったらゲームできないから、させてあげて」と言った。
そこでやっと、その異常な執着の理由が分かった。
親は「ゲームを買わなければゲームから遠ざけられる」と思っているのかもしれないけど、実際にはそうならない。
ゲームをやりたい子は、ゲームのある家に行く。
そしてそこで、親の知らない形で欲求を爆発させる。
自分の子が外でどんな顔をして、どんな恥をかいているのか。
その親はたぶん、何も知らない。
