After a lot of heartbreaks, I am coming back to the grind. And this time, I will win.

best trick to move on from the rejection from gsoc, company or your crush. universal for everything. ACT. A LOT. just do something. physical if possible. if you live in a village, pick an axe and chop the wood. (i did. not for crush tho) or create a video or start building a project or take a trial of your near by gym or ride your bike or write something or plant a tree or fly a kite. but DO SOMETHING. that's the ultimate hack.

GSoC 2026 results just dropped. 1141 people were selected out of 15k+ applicants As for me, I completely wasted the first 2 years of my degree not taking things seriously 🥹. This year, I didn't even apply because I'm still in my learning phase But that’s exactly why I'm building in public now. My dream is to get selected for GSoC '27 (my final year). Next year, we're in 🫡
