I don't understand the point of using the term "dozen". It means 12, so just say 12? It's even worse when people say or type "half a dozen". Just say 6 or six.

This is Salt Lake City, UT where it is legal to be publicly intoxicated and high on fentanyl courtesy of Mendenhall, Redd, Rivera, Wilson, and Gill.
Homeless fentanyl addicts and criminals rule SLC.
A woman unconscious, not breathing, overdosed on (likely) fentanyl outside 7-eleven on 2100 S & 500 E. A common occurrence in this area where homes are now selling for over a million dollars. A methadone clinic just a block west.
A follower sent this and said she did chest compressions and revived the woman while another bystander rescued her dog who was running in the street.
“I called 911 and police showed up and said there was nothing they could do because she was refusing medical treatment. The lady kept heading up 500 E after police left and folded over multiple more times with the dog loose. She continued to overdose further up the street and more bystanders pulled over and called 911. I revived her again after she’d nodded off and police and EMS showed up again - and she again refused treatment and nothing was done. She clearly needed help, but when we called for help, the police and EMS did nothing except make it seem like the people calling for help were the problem and that they couldn’t do anything. A man came by 7-eleven and said he’d already called 911 on this lady overdosing earlier this morning multiple times. Despite her being nearly unconscious on the bus stop, police put her on the bus to nod off again and off she went with her little dog.”
Sickening. Something has to change. NOW!!!
