The greatest irony is that people hold that attitude for MJ, but don’t keep that same energy for Felicia. I understand if she isn’t your favorite and if you like MJ more, but to lambast Felicia as totally incapable of growth (even being a potential new main love interest) is ridiculous. A good writer could EASILY turn that around. Every character has had good/bad writing and good/bad character development. That includes Black Cat.

@zeejaness Es que el personaje está tan maltratado que hasta le cambiaron la identidad sexual y nadie dijo nada, haz eso con MJ y las críticas a Marvel no paran. Lo mismo le pasó a Gwen cuando hicieron "pecados del pasado" la gente se quejo y Marvel le dió retcon a eso.

@Exalted_Speed This is why Felicia has been gaining speed as the default love interest. No OC love interests have ever caught on (despite a new one every creative team) & it is clear to the readers that Marvel will not put MJ with Peter (for any extended period of time at least). Canon counts.

So this was a horrible conclusion to a series. Magik gets a nice finish, Scott and Magneto get a nice finish. #EmmaFrost gets nothing. Like this surely had to be editorial mandated it doesn’t even make sense from a writers perspective. There is no journey for Emma. UXM #XMen 600
