So this was Jays birthday not that long ago.. (honestly). Well we are a few years older now… happy birthday big boy @JayMcGuiness

My thoughts are with Atomic Kitten who would have just got an email cancelling their performance of “Southgate You’re the One” on Loose Women tomorrow.

The thing is we’re going for growth and couldn’t have afforded the bank holiday anyway

So was going to go to @PrideInLondon but busy afternoon and now @AbsntMindMusic are being all boyband and losing keys! So there goes my plans.. however I did do something important #remotervoter

Seriously though, what a little gem.. I don’t have a big freezer but other stuff, soft drinks etc were all a decent price & not artificially inflated so you need a clubcard or something to pay a normal price… and if I was over 60… well done @IcelandFoods for looking after them

As Maw Broon says “I’m black affronted”. I just went into @IcelandFoods for a change as they have excellent bits for lunch, and their bread is brilliant.. at the check out I was asked… “are you over 60?” I’ve never been so shocked…

as new band @AbsntMindMusic hits their first schools tour and first time on the road. It’s a pleasure with these lads takes me back to first time out with the wanted and other bands.. go follow them on social media and show some support..
