Er wordt aangegeven dat bep. rechtsgebieden nu juist erg bepaald worden door EU wetgeving en door Int. wetgeving (waar NL zich politiek aan verbind) dat nu juist minder ruimte schept. Boomsma (JA21) zal dit niet zeggen als uitspraken hem welgevallen.

Conclusie is echter nog steeds: rechters gaan obv hun ruime eigen interpretatie over verdrag rechten mens hun eigen ideologie toepassen. En dus gaan ze op stoel politiek zitten en dat is onacceptabel. Ze zoeken het expliciet die ruimte ook op en dan janken bij kritiek dat politici het dan maar juridisch moeten aanpassen. Willens en wetens hun ruimte zoeken dus.

Hier hebben we nou de publieke omroep voor. Tijd genomen voor maatschappelijk debat rond ‘politiek uitspraken’ van rechters. Heldere voorbeelden, goede gasten en scherpe onafhankelijke gespreksleider. Graag meer hiervan.

I don’t get it. However, I don't think in "groups". I support individual Gazans opposed to Hamas/PIJ that want to co-exist with Israeli's.

Its frame of reference is Islam as guiding ideology for all aspects of Hamas's operations and goals. They emphasize "Palestine" as inherently Islamic, at the heart of the Islamic Ummah.
